It was narrated that Jabir said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade eating cats and forbade their price. نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنْ أَكْلِ الْهِرَّةِ وَثَمَنِهَا. Sunan Ibn Majah 3250 (Sahih)
Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I and the person who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in Paradise like this," putting his index and middle fingers together. أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ، فِي الْجَنَّةِ هَكَذَا . وَقَالَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى Sahih al-Bukhari 6005 (Book 78, Hadith 36)
THE DATE FOR CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS WAS CHOSEN AS DECEMBER 25 BY THE ROMAN EMPEROR CONSTANTINE IN THE 4TH CENTURY AS IT WAS THE BIRTHDAY OF THE POPULAR ROMAN PAGAN SUN GOD “MITHRAS”.
"The Messiah, son of Mary, was no more than a messenger. ˹Many˺ messengers had ˹come and˺ gone before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They both ate food. See how We make the signs clear to them, yet see how they are deluded from the truth!" Quran 5:75
“Hear what the Lord says to you, people of Israel. This is what the Lord says: “Do not learn the ways of the nations or be terrified by signs in the heavens, though the nations are terrified by them. For the practices of the peoples are worthless; they cut a tree out of the forest, and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel. They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so it will not totter. Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good.” - Jeremiah 10:1-5
Narrated Jubair bin Mut`im: That he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, "The person who severs the bond of kinship will not enter Paradise." Sahih al-Bukhari 5984 (Book 78, Hadith 15)
